The Surtron 50D is a high-frequency electrosurgical unit for minor monopolar surgery, made by LED SpA. It offers pure cut, two blended cut modes and coagulation.
Maximum power is 50 W for cutting, 45 W and 40 W for the two blended modes and 40 W for coagulation, at a working frequency of 600 kHz. The power delivered shows on a digital display, and the unit monitors the patient plate circuit and tests itself. It runs on 115 or 230 V mains, measures 190 × 85 × 239 mm and weighs 2.5 kg.
