RVS-100 vital signs monitor, NIBP and SpO2, with or without oral temperature

The Riester RVS-100 is a touch-screen vital signs monitor that measures blood pressure (NIBP), oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate, with oral or axillary temperature as an option. It can be used on adult, paediatric and neonatal patients.

Its 8-inch colour screen shows the readings in large, colour-coded numbers. It works in three ways: continuous monitoring with alarms, spot checks, and triage for taking readings from many patients quickly. It can work out early warning scores (NEWS, MEWS and five profiles the user sets), stores up to 1,000 patient records and can send readings to a hospital's electronic records over a wired or wireless connection (HL7).

It runs on mains or on its rechargeable battery. The monitor measures 303 × 230 × 110 mm.
