RCS-100 medical camera, with general, otoscope or dermatoscope lens, or all three

The Riester RCS-100 is a portable medical camera with a 5-inch touch screen that takes photographs and video through interchangeable lenses. We supply it with the general lens, the otoscope lens or the dermatoscope lens, or with all three.

The general lens has a 78° field of view, for a first screening or for the mouth and throat. The otoscope lens shows the ear canal and eardrum at up to six times magnification and takes reusable or disposable specula. The dermatoscope lens magnifies 2.5 times optically and has a movable on-screen ruler for measuring skin lesions, with no need for immersion.

A rotary wheel sets the focus and the light with one hand. Pictures are saved as JPEG and video as MP4, the live picture can be shown on a second screen, and a full battery gives 3.5 hours of video. The camera measures 225 × 135 × 45 mm and weighs 292 g.
