Multipurpose liquid polyurethane foam bandage, 12 ml and 20 ml

Lokus is a non-medicated liquid polyurethane foam bandage. The two parts of each sachet are mixed and poured onto the wound, where they set within minutes into a foam that fits the wound and absorbs exudate. It is for chronic wounds, trophic ulcers, pressure injuries, burns, and donor and graft sites.

The 12 ml sachet makes about 90 cm³ of foam, for small to medium wounds; the 20 ml sachet about 150 cm³, for medium to large ones. It can stay on for up to 5 days. Sachets keep for 30 months from manufacture.
