Wound gel, 15 g and 100 g

Hydrocyn aqua wound gel is for keeping wounds moist and helping debridement. Bactiguard gives it for acute and chronic wounds such as leg and diabetic ulcers, pressure ulcers, surgical wounds and first- and second-degree burns, and says it is soothing and bacteriostatic.

The wound is cleaned with Hydrocyn aqua solution; the gel is then applied evenly and covered with a dressing. It comes in 15 g and 100 g tubes with a long nozzle. An opened tube keeps for 90 days if closed straight after each use.
