Portable body composition analyser

The Charder U310 is a portable body composition analyser that works with the Charder ProScan app on an iOS or Android phone or tablet. A full-body measurement takes less than half a minute.

It measures by bioelectrical impedance at two frequencies (5 and 50 kHz) across five segments of the body, through eight electrodes. Results include weight, body fat, skeletal muscle mass, total body water, bone mass, visceral fat level and basal metabolic rate, with muscle and fat given for each limb and the trunk. The app keeps each user's history. The analyser weighs up to 200 kg, is for ages 6 to 85, and runs on an adapter or four AA batteries. It measures about 385 × 350 × 50.5 mm and weighs about 2.2 kg.
