New Askir 230/12V BR suction pump, 1 L

The CA-MI New Askir 230/12V BR is a portable suction unit that runs on mains power, its rechargeable battery or a 12 V car adapter, for use during patient transfer and for post-operative care. It is suitable for nasal, oral and endotracheal suction of body fluids from adults and children.

It reaches a vacuum of up to 0.75 bar (563 mmHg), adjustable, with a free air flow of 16 litres a minute. A four-hour charge gives about 80 minutes on battery; on mains it can run non-stop. This version has a 1,000 ml reusable jar. The unit measures 35 × 18 × 21 cm, weighs 3.5 kg and is protected to IP21.
