Vascular Doppler, 8 MHz

The Bestman BV-520T+ is a hand-held vascular Doppler for checking blood flow in arteries and veins, used mainly in assessing the arteries and peripheral vascular disease. Its 2.4-inch colour screen shows the flow waveform and the average velocity as it measures.

It uses an 8 MHz pen probe and plays the flow sound through a built-in speaker. A waveform can be frozen, saved and played back, and the unit can be connected to a computer. It runs on a built-in rechargeable battery.
